Recruitment Group: Taipei/Taoyuan
Training is conducted at the EVA Air Headquarters in Luzhu District, Taoyuan City. Upon completion of training, flight attendants will be primarily based at Taoyuan International Airport and Taipei Songshan Airport for flight assignments.
Application Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Republic of China (Taiwan) ID card.
- Possess a degree from a university or college recognized by the Ministry of Education, R.O.C. (domestic or foreign). All academic disciplines are welcome. Graduates of foreign institutions must provide authentication from Taiwan's overseas missions.
- Corrected vision must be 0.8 or better.
- Achieve one of the following English proficiency test scores obtained on or after August 1, 2023:
- TOEIC 600 or above
- IELTS 5 or above
- TOEFL iBT 64 or above
- TOEFL ITP 480 or above
- Linguaskill 150 or above
- Possession of other foreign language proficiency with a valid certificate is advantageous.

Selection Process
Applications will be reviewed upon receipt. Qualified candidates will receive notification of exam times and locations via email. The comprehensive selection process includes the following stages:

**Initial Interview (Scheduled August 30, 2025):** Includes qualification verification, assessment of demeanor, job suitability, and evaluation of English and Taiwanese pronunciation.

**On-Site Testing (For candidates passing the initial interview, held the same day):**
- Aptitude Test: Professional aptitude diagnosis.
- Written Test: Job suitability assessment.

**Final Interview (Scheduled September to October 2025):** Conducted in Chinese and English. Candidates will also attend a briefing on the Labor Standards Act Article 84-1 and complete a test.

**Medical Examination:** Conducted at a medical institution designated by EVA Air.

**Reporting for Training:** Successful candidates are expected to report for training in late 2025 or early 2026.

Required Documents

Special Statement
- Long-haul flights often exceed 12 hours and may involve overnight flying. Compliance with Labor Standards Act Article 84-1 and obtaining approval is mandatory for on-board duty. Flight duty times may be extended due to factors beyond the airline's control (e.g., severe weather, incidents, emergencies). Work schedules require flexibility and coordination with company assignments; fixed weekends and national holidays off cannot be guaranteed, as these are peak periods for passenger transport. Cross-country flying involves adjusting to time zone changes, which is inherent to the aviation industry.
- The ability to obtain visas for all destinations served by EVA Air is required to perform duties on various routes.
- EVA Air does not collaborate with external job training centers or related institutions. The company will not use communication apps (such as Line, FB, etc.) or unofficial channels to request personal information or arrange interviews.
