Senior Captain (B737) - European Operations
A rapidly expanding European airline specializing in high-quality regional and international operations is actively seeking highly skilled and experienced candidates for the position of Senior Captain (Boeing 737 family). The selected professional will join a dynamic, international team committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
The Captain is responsible for the overall command and safe operation of the designated aircraft type. Key duties include, but are not limited to:
- Exercising command and control of the assigned aircraft in the role of Pilot-in-Command, ensuring all operations adhere strictly to the valid Operations Manual, national regulations, and international standards.
- Maintaining absolute responsibility for the comprehensive safety and security of the aircraft, crew members, passengers, and cargo throughout all phases of flight and ground operations.
Essential Professional Requirements (Candidate Profile)
Prospective candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of operational excellence and meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Possession of a current and valid Boeing 737 Type Rating.
- A minimum total flight time (TT) of 3,000 hours.
- A minimum of 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on Boeing 737 family aircraft.
- Hold a valid European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) licence.
- Possess a current EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Demonstrate English Language Proficiency (ELP) at ICAO Level 4 or higher.
- Hold the legal right to live and work within the European Union (EU) or possess the ability to successfully secure an EU work permit.
- The capacity to successfully obtain the required security clearance from Croatian regulatory authorities.
Additional proficiency in other European languages (e.g., French, Italian, or German) is considered a distinct advantage.
