Job Summary

A First Officer position is available in Tocumen, Panama, Panama, supporting safe flight operations. This role involves monitoring operational conditions, confirming aircraft and safety equipment serviceability, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

About the Role

The First Officer is responsible for contributing to the safe execution of flights. Key duties include monitoring weather conditions during critical flight phases, verifying the availability and serviceability of all onboard equipment, and completing the navigation portion of the operational flight plan to ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires a proactive approach to flight safety, working in conjunction with the Pilot in Command.

Requirements

• Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with instrument and land multi-engine flight ratings.
• Certified bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with a minimum Level 4 in oral and written communication, certified by the AAC.
• Current medical fitness certificate.
• Copies of the last three logbook pages sealed by the AAC.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness and availability to dedicate the time required during the selection process.

Qualifications

• Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
• Instrument Rating.
• Multi-Engine Land Rating.
• English and Spanish language proficiency.
• Valid Medical Certificate.
