About the Role

Copa Airlines is seeking B737 MAX First Officers to join its expanding passenger operations based at the Hub of the Americas in Panama City. This role is for a First Officer (FO) to support the Captain in operating the B737 MAX aircraft, emphasizing operational safety and exceptional customer service, while adhering to all aviation regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Commercial Pilot License (CPL) required; ATP Pilot License also acceptable for application documents.
• Current, unrestricted First-Class Medical Certificate.
• Multi-engine rating.
• Instrument rating.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
• Valid United States tourist visa.
• Minimum flight hours:
  • Panamanian applicants: 250 hours of total fixed-wing flight time.
  • Foreign applicants: 1,000 hours of total fixed-wing flight time.
• Commitment to flight safety and passenger service.

• Copy of current, unrestricted First-Class Medical Certificate.
• Updated logbook, sealed by a valid aviation authority.
