About the Role
Key responsibilities for this First Officer role involve:

Placing safety above all operational priorities.

Operating aircraft in compliance with Part 135 On-Demand regulations.

Performing all Company-assigned duties in accordance with Company policies and manuals.

Conducting preflight planning and preparing flight plans.

Providing excellent customer service to passengers.

Ensuring aircraft cleanliness and readiness for passenger comfort and safety.

Complying with uniform and professional appearance standards.

Performing additional duties as assigned by station leadership or Company management.
Requirements
Successful candidates for the First Officer position must meet the following minimum criteria:

Be at least 18 years of age.

Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record and a current passport.

Maintain a current First Class Medical Certificate (verified at interview).

Hold a Commercial, Multi-Engine Land license with an Instrument Airplane Rating and an English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE).

Be authorized to work and travel in and out of the United States.

Demonstrate fluency in understanding, reading, and writing English.

Pass required background checks (10-year work history, criminal, reference, national driver's record) and DOT pre-employment drug screen, and be willing to submit to random drug/alcohol tests. No excessive check ride failures (no more than 2 preferred).

Possess no previous aviation-related accidents or incidents.

Minimum Flight Times: Total Time: 500 hours required / 750 hours preferred; Multi Engine: 25 hours required / 50 hours preferred.

Ability to lift 75 lbs routinely (with or without reasonable accommodation).

Ability to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, holidays, varying shifts).

Must reside within 120 minutes of dispatch call during assigned duty periods.
