Copa Airlines seeks highly motivated and qualified candidates for a rewarding aviation career. The ideal candidate will possess a Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Instrument Rating (IR), and Multi-Engine (ME) rating, issued by the AAC (Autoridad de Aviación Civil). A minimum of 350 total flight hours is required. While a type rating is not a prerequisite, comprehensive training will be provided. Applicants must maintain a Class 1 medical certificate and demonstrate ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) at level 5. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
