Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Captain to join its distinguished team of aviation professionals. This position requires a Falcon 2000 EASy type rating and is based in Seattle, Washington. The successful candidate will undergo a rigorous evaluation process to ensure procedural competence and exceptional situational awareness.
This full-time, non-contract Captain position involves operating a Falcon 2000 EASy under Part 91/135 regulations, with approximately 150 to 200 flight hours annually. The role features a competitive compensation package ranging from $190,000 to $200,000, along with fully paid medical/healthcare benefits and a matching 401(k) plan.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight time, including 2,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) and 1,000 hours in turbine aircraft. An Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate is mandatory. While a type certification with at least 200 hours in the Falcon 2000 EASy is preferred, PIC candidates with substantial, relevant experience will also be considered. The selected individual must reside within a two-hour drivable commute of Seattle, WA, or be willing to relocate. This is not a commutable position. The ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries is essential.
The Captain will ensure adherence to all Federal Aviation regulations, company operations manuals, operations specifications, standard operating procedures, and company policies. A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required, and candidates must submit to random drug/alcohol tests when requested. Applicants will need to provide clear, color copies of all FAA certificates, including both sides of their medical certificate, and complete a disclosure form as part of the application process. Additional duties may be assigned. This position is classified as safety-sensitive under DOT/FAA drug and alcohol regulations.
