Job Summary

The Flight Instructor is responsible for delivering exceptional, customer-focused flight training in iconic Cirrus Aircraft SR models at premier Cirrus Service Centers across the United States. This role operates within a structured syllabus utilizing proprietary course materials to optimize the learning process for discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities include serving as Pilot in Command for corporate flight operations under 14 CFR Part 91, encompassing demonstration, repositioning, and post-maintenance flights, as well as conducting flight reviews and proficiency checks. The Flight Instructor reports to the Flight Operations Supervisor.

Ancillary duties involve identifying and communicating pilot development opportunities, meticulous record-keeping, contributing to safety management initiatives, comprehensive flight planning and preparation, lesson planning, complex problem-solving, maintaining subject matter expertise, and recommending process enhancements.
