Role and Responsibilities
The Executive Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and exceptional service standards delivered to the Owner and their guests during all flight operations. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to providing bespoke, tailored service on every occasion.
- Delivers a consistently high standard of VVIP service, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all passengers in strict accordance with company standards and Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).
- Confidently manages and executes a high-end dining experience onboard, including the creation of bespoke menus that cater precisely to the Owner and/or guest culinary preferences.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all passenger information, flight details, and operational activities.
- Engages proactively with Operational Staff and Account Managers during the planning phases of all flight itineraries to anticipate and confirm all logistical and service requirements.
- Coordinates and secures all necessary owner and/or client catering requirements for each flight utilizing pre-approved, well-vetted providers.
- Works closely with flight crew (pilots) to prepare, stock, acquire commissary supplies, and maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the aircraft, both at the home base and when operating away from base.
- Adheres rigorously to all operational standards, protocols, and procedures defined by the Manager of Cabin Safety and Service.
Required Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate possesses a proven background in luxury travel service and corporate aviation, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills and professional flexibility.
- Mandatory experience within the corporate aviation sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in culinary preparation, food handling, and plating techniques, with the ability to prepare and manage meals while in flight.
- Must hold a valid Canadian Passport, coupled with the ability to successfully obtain necessary visas and travel documentation required for international entry.
- Successful completion of a recognized Flight Attendant Initial Training course and a commitment to maintaining current annual Recurrent Training status.
- Possession of a valid First Aid Certificate (Level C) and a valid Food Handling Training Certificate.
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Requires a flexible work schedule and the ability to report for duty within two (2) hours of a flight call-out notification.
- A High School Diploma is required; a college diploma or university degree is considered a significant asset.
