Chartright Air Group seeks a First Officer to join their team in Mississauga, ON, CA. The role involves operating as a First Officer on the Ultra/Encore fleet, ensuring flight safety, and supporting daily operations.

About the Role

• Act as First Officer on the Ultra/Encore fleet based out of YYZ.
• Collaborate with the Captain to ensure flights are conducted safely.
• Support daily operational activities during reserve periods.
• Liaise with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to meet operational and service requirements.
• Foster a collaborative environment where ideas for improvement can be shared.
• Provide direct customer service to clients, contributing to an exceptional experience.
• Participate in monthly training courses and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Valid IATRA.
• Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating.
• Valid Transport Canada Medical certificate.
• Canadian Radio Telephone License.
• Minimum of 750 hours of total flight time.
• Minimum of 250 hours of Pilot-In-Command (PIC) time in a multi-engine aircraft (turbine time preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• International experience.
• Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
• Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, and weight and balance.
• Expert knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, and maintain a positive mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional client service, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Previous experience on type is preferred.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule is required.
