Air Partners, a member of Take Flight Group, is seeking a full-time Citation XL First Officer for its operations in Calgary, Alberta. This role is integral to the Flight Operations team, focused on delivering exceptional private aviation experiences through a commitment to safety, operational excellence, sound judgment, and attentive guest care.

About the Role

The Citation XL First Officer will serve within the Flight Operations team, contributing technical discipline, decision-making, professionalism, and guest care to each flight. The role requires thorough preparation, clear communication, and composure under pressure. The First Officer will uphold the team's safety standards and represent Air Partners' culture and service expectations, acknowledging each flight as both an aviation operation and a guest experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2,000 hours of total flight time.
• A minimum of 500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
• A valid Canadian Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
• Completion of the IATRA exam.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A demonstrated commitment to safety and exceptional service.
• A Canadian passport with no travel restrictions.
• The ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).

Qualifications

• Experience on the C560XL Citation XL aircraft is required.
• Previous corporate flying experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
