Chantilly Air | CL30 Captain

Chantilly Air Inc. is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) for full-time, Part 91 operations based in Boca Raton, FL. This role is responsible for the safe, legal, and economical flight operation of a dedicated two-crewmember Challenger 350 aircraft.

About the Role

The Pilot in Command serves as the ultimate authority for the safe operation of Chantilly Air Inc. managed aircraft. Responsibilities include ensuring airworthiness, maintaining proper documentation and company manuals, performing weight and balance computations, analyzing weather and performance data, managing fueling, flight locating, and conducting flight briefings. The PIC directs the activities of the Second In Command and Cabin Attendant (if applicable), ensuring clear understanding of individual duties. This role actively promotes and fosters a safe operating environment in accordance with FAA and company requirements, contributing to Chantilly Air Inc.’s Safety Management System, and adheres to all company policies and procedures. A professional image and high level of customer service are expected, as the PIC represents the company.

Requirements

• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate required.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit.
• Current FAA First Class Medical required.
• Valid passport.
• No Accidents or Incidents.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be able to pass a PRIA background check (to include any incidents/accidents).
• Must be able to pass a credit check.
• Must be able to pass a DMV check with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass employment verification.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write fluently in the English Language.
• Ability to relocate within 2 hours of Boca Raton Airport.
• Must meet all international travel requirements related to COVID-19.

Qualifications

• 3000 hours total time preferred.
• 3000 hours total multi-engine fixed wing time preferred.
• 2000 hours total PIC fixed wing flight time preferred.
• 500 hours PIC Jet Turbine Time preferred.
• Business Jet experience preferred.
• International experience preferred.
• Bachelor Degree preferred.
