Key Responsibilities of the Senior Cabin Crew Member
The Senior Cabin Crew Member (Purser) holds a crucial leadership role, ensuring operational efficiency and superior passenger satisfaction. Core duties include:
- Maintaining constructive and professional collaboration with the Cockpit Crew, company management, and all internal and external partners.
- Guaranteeing seamless flight operations through strict adherence to all established safety and service guidelines and protocols.
- Organizing and proactively planning onboard workflows, including the strategic deployment of crew members based on their qualifications and experience.
- Actively implementing corporate objectives to secure a first-class, friendly, and customer-centric service experience for all passengers.
- Executing necessary administrative duties (e.g., reporting) essential for maintaining and continuously improving quality standards.
- Managing and facilitating onboard retail and sales activities.

- A minimum of one year of professional experience operating as a Senior Cabin Crew Member or Purser.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory; proficiency in Albanian and other languages is highly advantageous.
- Completion of a recognized secondary education or vocational training program.
- Physical height within the range of 158 cm to 190 cm.
- Maintenance of good health, verified by a medical check prior to employment.
