Primary Responsibilities:

Assist the Director - Cabin Operations and Group Manager in developing long-term cabin crew operational and service goals in accordance with Cebu Pacific's vision and purpose and ensure realization of committed goals and objectives.

Manage assigned cabin crew and handle tasks such as, but not limited to, ensuring updated records, coaching, processing of disciplinary cases, and monitoring team and individual performance.

Conduct high-quality competence checks for all aircraft types and ensure timely submission of accomplished performance evaluation

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and service standards in compliance with the applicable regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Review processes based on Philippines Civil Aviation Rules (PCAR) and work with the Training, Safety and Compliance team in ensuring all regulatory requirements are adhered to.

Must be a college graduate of any course

Must have at least 3 to 5 years of people management experience, preferably in an airline or customer service industry

Preferably with previous cabin crew experience

Must have excellent communication and project management skills

Must have the ability to motivate teams, implement change, and deliver performance management initiatives

Must be an innovative thinker with the ability to generate ideas and alternatives to continually improve our operational standards

Must meet the minimum cabin crew qualifications and
height requirement of 5’3 for females and 5’7 for males; and a reach test of 210 cm
