About the Role
The Cabin Crew position involves ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. Successful candidates will be part of a fast-growing airline, contributing to the transformation of the travel experience. The recruitment process will take place at the Cebu Pacific Building in Pasay City.
Requirements

Must have completed at least Senior High School (Grade 12).

Must meet a minimum height requirement of 5'3" for females and 5'7" for males.

Must achieve a reach test of 210 cm.

Candidates must be Filipino nationals based in the Philippines.

Proficiency in both Filipino and English languages is essential.

Must be physically fit to undergo training and perform the duties of a Cabin Crew member.

A customer-centric mindset is required.

Must possess confidence and creativity in problem-solving.

Willingness to be based outside of Manila, if necessary.
Qualifications

Previous experience as a Cabin Crew member is preferred, particularly with A320, A321, or A330 qualifications.
