Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members for Cebu Pacific and CEBGO should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Candidates must have successfully completed at least Senior High School (Grade 12).
- Experience: Previous experience as a Cabin Crew, particularly with A320/321/330 qualification, is preferred. However, candidates without prior experience in a Cabin Crew role are also encouraged to apply.
- Physical Requirements:
- Must meet a minimum height requirement of 5'3" (approximately 160 cm) for females and 5'7" (approximately 170 cm) for males.
- Must achieve a reach test of 210 cm.
- Must be physically and mentally prepared to undergo rigorous training and effectively fulfill the comprehensive roles and responsibilities of a Cabin Crew.
- Nationality & Residency: Open exclusively to Filipino nationals currently based in the Philippines.
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in both the Filipino and English languages.
- Essential Skills:
- Must possess a strong customer-centric mindset and excellent critical thinking skills.
- Must exhibit confidence and creativity in problem-solving situations.
- Flexibility: Willingness to be based outside of Manila, if necessary (e.g., Cebu, Clark).
Application Process & Exclusive Recruitment Event
Upon submission of an application, the Talent Acquisition team will reach out to schedule participation in an upcoming recruitment event. An exclusive recruitment event dedicated to Cabin Crew positions will be held in **Clark, Pampanga, on August 16, 2025**. The precise schedule, including the date and time of assessment, will be sent to the applicant's registered email address.
Important Reminders for the Recruitment Event:
- Applicants are required to bring an updated copy of their resume with a recent photograph attached.
- A strict dress code must be observed during the application process:
- Male applicants: Required to wear pants/trousers and a short-sleeved polo shirt.
- Female applicants: Required to wear a knee-length skirt paired with a short-sleeved top or blouse. Hair must be neatly tied in a bun and complemented by appropriate make-up.
- Blazers, coats, or jackets are optional for both male and female applicants.
