Cebu Pacific and CEBGO are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join their team as Cabin Crew. In this role, the Cabin Crew member will create memorable and positive experiences for passengers on every flight, contributing to the airline's mission of connecting people, places, and possibilities.
Candidates should have successfully completed Senior High School (Grade 12). While previous experience as Cabin Crew, particularly A320/321/330 qualification, is preferred, it is not required. Applicants must meet the minimum height requirement of 5'3" for females and 5'7" for males, and a reach test of 210 cm.
The ideal candidate is a Filipino national based in the Philippines, proficient in both Filipino and English. They must be physically and mentally prepared for rigorous training and committed to fulfilling the responsibilities of a Cabin Crew member. A customer-centric mindset, critical thinking skills, and confidence in problem-solving are essential. Willingness to be based outside of Manila, if required, is also necessary.

The schedule, including the date and time of the assessment, will be sent to the registered email address.
Applicants should bring an updated resume with a recent photograph. A strict dress code will be enforced: Male applicants are required to wear pants/trousers and a short-sleeved polo. Female applicants are required to wear a knee-length skirt paired with a short-sleeved top or blouse, with hair neatly tied in a bun and appropriate make-up. Blazers, coats, or jackets are optional for both male and female applicants.
