Duties and Responsibilities

Execute safety, first aid, and security procedures to the highest standards.

Serve as a brand ambassador, providing genuine and personalized experiences to all customers.

Attend to customer needs with care and professionalism.

Requirements

Eligibility to work in Hong Kong.

Minimum age of 18 years.

High school graduate or equivalent qualification.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Fluency in at least one additional language from the following: Cantonese, Putonghua, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Filipino, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, or Sinhala.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum arm reach of 208 cm while on tiptoe.

Previous experience in the airline, hospitality, or service industry is considered an advantage.
