Requirements

Right to work in Hong Kong.

Minimum age of 18 years.

High school graduate or above.
-
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Proficiency in at least one additional language: Cantonese, Putonghua, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Filipino, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, or Sinhala.

Proficiency in Putonghua is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe.

Previous experience in the airline, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage.
Safety-Sensitive Role Requirements
Successful candidates must also:

Pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check.

Complete a pre-employment medical assessment.

Pass a pre-employment drug test in accordance with HKCAD Guidance for Screening of Psychoactive Substances (CAD373).
English Assessment Exemptions
Exemption from the English assessment is available for candidates who meet the following criteria:

TOEIC® (Public Test): A valid score of 325 or above in both Reading and Listening.

IELTS (Academic): A valid overall Band Score of 6.0 or above.
Score reports should be uploaded with the application and must be within their validity period.
