Requirements and Qualifications

Prospective candidates must meet the following stringent criteria:

Possess the legal right to live and work in Hong Kong or the Chinese Mainland (candidates eligible for IANG / TTPS visas are also welcome to apply).
Have graduated from secondary school with strong academic performance in English language and either Mathematics or Science. A university or aviation-related degree is considered a significant advantage.
Be physically fit and qualify for a Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD) Class 1 Medical Certificate. Specific medical requirements are outlined in HKCAD policy.
Successfully meet flight deck reach requirements, which may involve completing a static reach test and a flight simulator assessment.
Achieve International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.
Successfully complete a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal records.
Be 18 years of age or above at the time of application.

As this is a Safety Sensitive Role, successful completion of a pre-employment drug test, conducted in accordance with HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances - Annex B, CAD373, is mandatory.
