Requirements:

Minimum age of 18 years.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or high school diploma with at least one year of flight attendant experience.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in a third language is preferred.
Valid TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening, or a valid IELTS (Academic) result with an overall Band Score of 6.0 or above (taken on or after May 1, 2023), will exempt candidates from the English assessment.
Excellent communication skills.
Minimum arm reach of 208 cm on tiptoe.
Prior experience in the airline, hospitality, or service industries is advantageous.

Safety-Sensitive Position Requirements:

Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, including criminal records.
Demonstration of physical fitness to meet the requirements of the pre-employment medical assessment.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test, adhering to relevant guidelines.

Application Information:

Selected candidates will be invited to an Assessment Day in Kuala Lumpur in February 2025. The assessments will be completed in one day. The estimated start date for successful candidates is the second quarter of 2025. For candidates requiring a work permit, employment is contingent upon immigration approval.
