A leading aviation company based in Italy is seeking a qualified First Officer to join their dynamic flight operations team. The First Officer will support the Commander in ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of flights, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining high professional standards.
About the Role

Carry out flight duties as allocated by the Commander, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

Ensure safe navigation of the aircraft, continuously monitoring geographical position and terrain clearance.

Provide advice, information, and assistance to the Commander to promote safe and efficient flight operations.

Obtain necessary information and explanations from the Commander to fulfill responsibilities.

Maintain high personal standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a company representative.

Actively support the Commander in fostering professional expertise and morale among the crew.

Report any faults, failures, malfunctions, or defects affecting airworthiness or safe operation to the Commander.

Utilize the company's occurrence reporting scheme for relevant incidents.
Requirements

EASA Part FCL ATPL or CPL/IR with ATPL (Frozen ATPL).

EASA Part Medical Class 1.

Minimum 1500 hours of multi-pilot, multi-engine flight time on jet aircraft or turboprop aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) above 10 tons or seating capacity exceeding 19 seats.

Candidates with 2000 hours on widebody aircraft may be considered for a Senior First Officer position.

Above-average flying abilities and impeccable safety standards.

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Authorization to live and work in Italy.

Minimum ICAO English language proficiency level 4, with a preference for level 6.

Ability to successfully pass a security background check and a pre-employment medical test.

Agreement to transfer your license to an Italian-issued EASA license.
