First Officer
A prominent airline seeks a skilled First Officer to join their operations in Italy. This role involves supporting the Commander in the safe and efficient conduct of flights, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, and maintaining high professional standards. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in the navigation and overall airworthiness of the aircraft.
About the Role

Carry out assigned flight duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, including aircraft-specific procedures, limitations, and performance.

Ensure safe navigation of the aircraft, continuously and independently checking geographical position and terrain clearance.

Provide advice, information, and assistance to the Commander to contribute to the safe and efficient flight operations.

Obtain necessary information and explanations from the Commander to fulfill the First Officer's responsibilities.

Maintain high personal standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a company representative.

Actively support the Commander in developing and maintaining high professional expertise and morale among the crew.

Report any faults, failures, malfunctions, or defects affecting airworthiness or safe operation, including emergency systems.

Utilize the company's occurrence reporting scheme, ensuring copies of reports are communicated to the Commander.
Requirements

EASA Part FCL ATPL or CPL/IR with ATPL (Frozen ATPL).

EASA Part Medical Class 1.

Minimum 1500 hours multi-pilot, multi-engine experience on jet aircraft or turboprop aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) above 10 tons or seating capacity exceeding 19 seats.

Candidates with 2000 hours on widebody aircraft may be considered for a Senior First Officer position.

Above-average flying abilities and impeccable safety standards.

Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Authorization to live and work within Italy.

Minimum ICAO English language proficiency level 4, with a preference for level 6.

Ability to successfully pass a security background check and a pre-employment medical test.

Agreement to transfer your existing license to an Italian-issued EASA license.
