Job Title: First Officer
The First Officer is responsible for assisting the Commander in the safe, efficient, and professional operation of the aircraft in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, flight limitations, and performance criteria.
Key Responsibilities

Execute flight duties as allocated by the Commander, adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures and aircraft-specific limitations.

Ensure safe aircraft navigation by maintaining a continuous, independent check on geographical position and terrain clearance.

Provide proactive advice, information, and assistance to the Commander to support safe and efficient flight conduct.

Request necessary information or explanations from the Commander to fulfill assigned functions effectively.

Maintain high standards of personal discipline, professional conduct, and appearance as a representative of the Company.

Foster crew morale and professional expertise through active leadership and example.

Report any faults, malfunctions, or defects affecting airworthiness or safety to the Commander.

Utilize the Company’s occurrence reporting scheme and ensure the Commander is notified of all reported incidents.
Qualifications and Experience

Possession of an EASA Part FCL ATPL or CPL/IR with Frozen ATPL.

Valid EASA Part Medical Class 1 certificate.

Minimum of 1500 flight hours on multi-pilot, multi-engine jet or turboprop aircraft (MTOW exceeding 10 tons or seating capacity above 19 seats).

Candidates possessing 2000 hours on widebody aircraft may be considered for the position of Senior First Officer.
Essential Requirements

Demonstrable flying abilities and commitment to impeccable safety standards.

Proven ability to operate effectively within a multicultural environment.

Valid authorization to live and work in Italy.

Minimum ICAO English language proficiency level 4 (Level 6 preferred).

Capability to successfully pass a security background check and a pre-employment medical evaluation.

Agreement to transfer pilot license to an Italian-issued EASA license.
