About the Role

La Compagnie, a boutique French airline specializing in all-Business Class transatlantic travel, is seeking qualified First Officers to join its Airbus A321 fleet. This exciting opportunity is linked to the airline's growth strategy and the planned opening of a new operational base at Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP). This role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic team operating flights between key international cities.

Requirements

Licences and Qualifications

• Valid ATPL or valid CPL with frozen ATPL.
• Valid Instrument Rating (IR) / Multi-Engine (ME) aeroplane rating.
• Valid Airbus A320 Type Rating (A320 TR) at the time of joining.
• Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate compliant with Part-MED requirements.

Flight Experience

• Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 500 hours Airbus experience.
• Airbus Fly-by-Wire (FBW) experience.

Language Requirements

• English Language Proficiency: Minimum ICAO Level 5.
• Italian Language Proficiency: Minimum ICAO Level 4.
• Proficiency in French is considered an asset.

Background, Eligibility & Additional Requirements

• No history of accidents or incidents.
• No criminal record or security restrictions.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in Italy.
• A valid U.S. entry visa will be given favorable consideration.
