Job Title: First Officer
The First Officer is responsible for assisting the Commander in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, aircraft limitations, and performance criteria. This role requires a high degree of professional discipline and the ability to maintain rigorous safety standards as a representative of the company.
Key Responsibilities

Execute flight duties as allocated by the Commander, adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures and performance limitations.

Ensure safe aircraft navigation, maintaining a continuous and independent verification of geographical position and terrain clearance.

Provide proactive advice, information, and assistance to the Commander to support safe and efficient flight conduct.

Maintain open communication with the Commander to ensure all necessary information is available to perform assigned functions effectively.

Uphold high standards of professional discipline, conduct, and personal appearance.

Support the Commander in fostering professional expertise and morale among the crew.

Report any faults, malfunctions, or defects affecting airworthiness or safe operation to the Commander per CAT.GEN.MPA.100(b).

Utilize the company occurrence reporting scheme (ORO.GEN.160, CAT.GEN.MPA.100(b)(3)), ensuring copies of reports are provided to the Commander.
Qualifications and Experience

Valid EASA Part FCL ATPL or CPL/IR with Frozen ATPL.

Valid EASA Part Medical Class 1.

Minimum of 1500 hours on multi-pilot, multi-engine jet or turboprop aircraft (MTOW above 10 tons or seating capacity above 19 seats).

Candidates possessing 2000 hours on widebody aircraft may be considered for the Senior First Officer position.
Essential Requirements

Demonstrated above-average flying abilities and impeccable safety standards.

Proven ability to operate effectively within a multicultural environment.

Legal authorization to live and work in Italy.

Minimum ICAO English language proficiency Level 4 (Level 6 preferred).

Must be able to successfully pass a security background check and a pre-employment medical evaluation.

Commitment to transferring current aviation license to an Italian-issued EASA license.
