Discover Airlines is seeking a First Officer (FO) for its A320 fleet, based in Germany. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about aviation, travel, and customer-centricity, who are eager to contribute to the growth of a new airline.
Requirements

EASA ATPL (A), CPL (A), or MPL (A) without operator obligation.

Instrument Rating (IR) Multi-Engine.

Valid Medical Class I.

General qualification for university/technical college studies in Germany (e.g., Hochschulreife, Fachhochschulreife, fachgebundene Hochschulreife, or equivalent).

Good oral and written English language skills (minimum ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4).

Good oral and written German language skills are preferred (for non-native speakers, minimum Level B2, verifiable through recognized language assessments).

Access to the Internet.

Possession of an EU passport or a passport with comparable entry privileges.

Ability to reach the assigned home base within 90 minutes while on standby duties.

A valid A320 Type Rating is preferred.
