Due to cadet demand we are expanding our multi-engine team in Oxford. You will be part of a dynamic team working with a wider Flight Training Organisation team across Europe striving to work collaboratively and achieving success at a time where CAE is experiencing growth across the business.

You will be responsible for working across a seven day operation being instrumental in training and instructing cadets delivering high quality training to create future safe pilots in the world of aviation. You will act as a role model, an educator with focus on pastoral care and the ability to work with a variety of cadets from diverse backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, supportive flexible approach, current experience with commercial awareness, team player, resilient and able to work and maintain composure under pressure with experience in airline operations and or flight training with an awareness of local aviation regulations.
The minimum experience required for this level of instructor is:
New hire/internal upgrade ME IR FI
Non-EASA up to PPL level
Non-EASA CPL
Non-EASA ME
