Flight Simulator/Ground School Instructor Part time / On call

CAE is seeking experienced pilots that thrive on coaching others, focused on building customer relationships, and enjoys working with a diverse team.

• Passionate about instructing
• Must have an Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) for airplanes
• Must be able to obtain FAA ATP (requires Category 1 medical for initial issuance)
• Must have minimum of 1500 multi Crew Experience
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Business Aviation experience is an asset
• Must be available to work irregular hours (weekends and evenings and early mornings)
• The proven ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken, written)
• A professional character with the ability to create a welcoming and successful learning environment
• Commitment to the customer - providing continuous “red carpet” customer service
• The capability to tailor training sessions to the needs of a diverse customer base
• A keen eye for detail – must be able and willing to maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with CAE policy and according to all authority requirements
• Bilingual preferred (English & French)
• Proficient computer proficiency – Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs
