CAE is actively seeking dedicated, full-time Instructor Pilots to join its Montreal Training Centre. This pivotal role focuses on delivering high-quality aviation instruction for the Bombardier Business Jet Platform, encompassing both Global and Challenger series aircraft.
About the Role
As an Instructor Pilot (IP), you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of aviation professionals by providing expert simulator and ground school instruction. You will contribute to a dynamic learning environment, ensuring all training adheres to the stringent standards set by Transport Canada, the FAA, and CAE. Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality simulator and ground school instruction.

Prepare and conduct comprehensive briefings and debriefings for trainees.

Ensure all training activities comply with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.

Maintain personal qualifications and actively participate in continuous professional development.

Foster a collaborative learning environment by sharing extensive aviation knowledge and expertise.

Provide all instruction exclusively in English.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

Hold an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) licence issued by a recognized aviation authority.

Demonstrate a strong passion for teaching, complemented by excellent communication skills.

Possess basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office applications and internet-based programs.

Must be legally authorized to live and work in Canada. Relocation support within Canada may be provided if required.
Preferred Attributes

Possess a valid and unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and/or FAA ATP licence.

Prior experience flying business aircraft.

Accumulated 1,500 hours of multi-crew flight experience.
