Job Title: Instructor Pilot (Bombardier Business Jet Platform)

CAE is seeking multiple full-time Instructor Pilots to join the training team at the Montreal Training Centre. This role focuses on the Bombardier Business Jet Platform, specifically the Global and Challenger aircraft series.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality simulator and ground school instruction.
  • Prepare and conduct thorough briefings and debriefings.
  • Ensure all training programs remain in strict alignment with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.
  • Maintain personal pilot qualifications and actively participate in continuous professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment by sharing aviation expertise.
  • Provide all instruction exclusively in English.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) licence issued by a recognized aviation authority.
  • Strong passion for instructional delivery paired with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office and internet-based software.
  • Must be authorized to live and work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience flying business aircraft.
  • 1,500 hours of multi-crew flight experience.
