Instructor Pilot - Bombardier Business Jet Platform

CAE Civil Aviation Training Solutions Inc. seeks a qualified and passionate individual to join their team as a Full-Time Instructor Pilot at the Montreal Training Centre. This role offers the opportunity for experienced pilots to transition into instruction, sharing their expertise and contributing to the aviation industry while maintaining a desirable work-life balance.

The successful candidate will provide simulator and ground school instruction on the Bombardier Business Jet Platform (Global & Challenger). CAE provides a comprehensive training program to transform pilot expertise into world-class instruction, enabling instructors to expertly guide clients through their training. This position allows for a dynamic teaching approach without the constraints of canned scripts, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing amongst fellow pilots.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and ability to obtain FAA ATP (requires Category 1 medical).
  • Minimum of 1500 hours of multi-crew experience.
  • Demonstrated passion for teaching, coupled with strong communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
  • Experience flying business aircraft is considered a plus.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is preferred.
  • Authorization to live and work in Canada is mandatory.
