Instructor Pilot – Bombardier Business Jets (Global & Challenger)
CAE Civil Aviation Training Solutions Inc. seeks highly skilled and passionate Instructor Pilots to join our elite team at the Montreal Training Centre. Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive simulator and ground school instruction to clients.
- Create and deliver engaging training curricula, tailored to individual student needs.
- Maintain currency in aircraft systems, operational procedures, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
- Unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL; ability to obtain FAA ATP (Category 1 medical required for initial issuance).
- Minimum 1500 hours of multi-crew experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrable passion for aviation instruction.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other internet-based applications.
- Experience flying business aircraft is preferred.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
