Instructor Pilot - CAE
CAE is seeking highly experienced and motivated pilots to join our elite team of Instructor Pilots. As an Instructor Pilot, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aviation by transferring your extensive knowledge and skills to the next generation of pilots.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive flight training to a diverse clientele, encompassing both theoretical and practical instruction.
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs, ensuring adherence to CAE's rigorous standards and FAA regulations.
- Foster a positive and conducive learning environment, emphasizing safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in accordance with CAE policy.
Qualifications:
- Unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC Type Rating.
- Extensive experience in FAR Part 135 operations and a minimum of 3,000 hours of total flight time is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and internet-based applications.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to CAE's DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
- Prior experience flying business aircraft is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a passion for mentoring and inspiring others.
- Authorization to live and work in the United States.
