CRJ Simulator Instructor Pilot - Phoenix, Arizona
CAE, the global leader in aviation training, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRJ Simulator Instructor Pilot to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver initial, transition, upgrade, and recurrent flight training programs in compliance with FAA, Transport Canada, and CAE policies and procedures.
- Provide flight training adhering to the CAE 14 CFR 142 Manual.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of all training and assessments conducted.
- Maintain instructor proficiency in accordance with 14 CFR 142 regulations.
- Foster and promote effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles within the training environment.
- Actively participate in administrative programs related to flight training as required.
- Complete daily pre-training checks diligently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a simulator instructor for transport category airplanes.
- FAA ATPL and CRJ 200/900 type ratings.
- Prior experience as a flight crew officer in accordance with FAR 121 and/or CAR 705 regulations.
- Aeronautical experience meeting the requirements of 14 CFR 61.159.
- Successful completion of initial instructor/evaluator training prior to initial accreditation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Proficiency in PC computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
