Flight Instructor - A320 (MPL Basic Phase)
CAE, a global leader in aviation training, is seeking a highly motivated and qualified A320 pilot to join our dynamic team as a Flight Instructor. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of future pilots within the Basic Phase of the Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL) program.
About the Role:
As a Flight Instructor, you will:
- Deliver high-quality flight instruction to MPL cadets during the Basic Phase of their training.
- Conduct both ground and flight training adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide mentorship and support to cadets, fostering their development of essential skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow instructors and training management to continuously enhance the delivery of training.
Qualifications:
- Hold or have previously held a Flight Instructor (FI(A)) certificate with Instrument Rating (IR(A)) instructional privileges or hold or have held an IRI(A) certification.
- Possess a minimum of 1500 hours of experience in a multi-crew environment flying the A320.
- Candidates with experience as copilots who previously served as flight instructors and have since gained airline experience on the A320 are particularly encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to advance your career in the training field with the potential to become a Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) or Type Rating Instructor (TRI) in the future.
