Instructor Pilot - Bombardier Challenger Platform

Job Summary

This role involves delivering high-quality aviation instruction on the Bombardier Challenger platform. The Instructor Pilot will be responsible for simulator and ground school training, ensuring adherence to international aviation standards, and contributing to a collaborative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality simulator and ground school instruction.
• Prepare and conduct briefings and debriefings.
• Ensure training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.
• Maintain personal qualifications and participate in continuous professional development.
• Share aviation knowledge and foster a collaborative learning environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and the ability to obtain an FAA ATP (requires Category 1 Medical for initial issuance).
• Minimum of 1,500 hours of multi-crew experience.
• Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
• Authorization to live and work in Canada.
• Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to deliver training in English to an international client base.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience flying business aircraft.
