Role Summary

The Corporate Aviation Instructor Pilot is responsible for delivering comprehensive theoretical and practical advanced flight training to existing and new pilots. This role involves extensive instruction within ground school environments, advanced flight simulators, and live flight operations, ensuring all personnel meet or exceed established standards and FAA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced flight and ground instruction programs tailored for corporate jet operations and sophisticated aircraft systems.
• Develop, review, and continually update detailed flight manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training curricula.
• Rigorously evaluate the competency and proficiency of pilots through scheduled check rides, proficiency checks, and performance assessments.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on regulatory compliance, risk management, and best practices within corporate aviation.
• Document all training activities accurately and efficiently, maintaining meticulous records required for regulatory audits.
