Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting initial, recurrent, and specialized flight and ground training for Global 6500 pilots, strictly adhering to company standards, national and international regulatory requirements, and aviation industry best practices.
- Evaluating pilot performance through detailed check rides, line checks, and advanced simulator sessions, providing constructive, data-driven feedback and preparing meticulous reports.
- Developing, updating, and refining training materials, course curricula, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specifically tailored for the Global 6500 aircraft.
- Ensuring all training activities are conducted to achieve the highest levels of safety, operational efficiency, and unwavering adherence to company policies and aviation regulations.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all pilot training, qualifications, and progression to facilitate compliance and performance monitoring.
- Serving as a dedicated subject matter expert on the Global 6500 aircraft, offering authoritative guidance and technical support to flight crews.
- Actively contributing to and fostering a proactive safety culture through continuous improvement initiatives for training programs and operational standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or an equivalent certification from a recognized aviation authority, with a current and valid type rating for the Global 6500 aircraft.
- Extensive flight time and significant experience as a Pilot in Command (PIC) on the Global 6500 or comparable large cabin, long-range business jet aircraft.
- Holds a valid Instructor Pilot certification or an equivalent instructional designation from a relevant aviation authority.
- Demonstrated exceptional experience in delivering high-quality flight and ground instruction, coupled with a proven ability to accurately assess and effectively develop pilot competencies.
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all relevant aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA, or equivalent), aircraft systems, and operational procedures pertinent to the Global 6500.
