Entry-Level Cabin Crew - Maldives
Our esteemed airline client, Maldivian, is seeking dynamic and multilingual individuals to join their diverse fleet operating across South Asia. This is a direct hire position for Entry-Level Cabin Crew based in the beautiful Maldives.
Position Overview
Maldivian is actively recruiting Russian- and Korean-speaking Entry-Level Cabin Crew members. This role offers a unique opportunity to live and work in the Maldives, experiencing a vibrant international environment while contributing to exceptional passenger service. An on-site assessment will be conducted in Hanoi, Vietnam, at the end of December 2025.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age.
- Education: Minimum completion of Secondary Education or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken English is essential. Candidates must also be fluent in either Russian or Korean. Therefore, fluency in English/Russian or English/Korean is mandatory.
- Health and Fitness: Candidates must possess an excellent level of health and fitness.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in the customer service field will be considered an advantage.
Physical Requirements:
- Height:
- Female: Minimum 5 feet 2 inches (157cm)
- Male: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches (162cm)
Candidates must have height in proportion to their weight.
- Vision: Normal vision is required. Contact lenses are acceptable.
- Medical Certification: Successful candidates must be able to obtain an Aviation Medical Certificate applicable to cabin crew members. This medical examination will be completed in the Maldives.
Terms and Benefits
- Contract: 1-year renewable contract.
- Start Date: January 2026.
- Location: Maldives.
- Salary: Basic salary up to USD 2,500 per month.
