Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests on board and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the flight.
  • Perform safety demonstrations and explain emergency procedures to passengers.
  • Offer and provide in-flight meals, drinks, and other services as required.
  • Handle emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness on the aircraft before and after every flight.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including children and elderly passengers.
  • Communicate effectively with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in another language is advantageous.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying heavy items, such as luggage.

Benefits:

A comprehensive package is offered, including:

  • During the initial six-week training program, a fixed salary of USD 1,500 per month is provided, with accommodation and transport.
  • Variable allowances become payable upon successful completion of training.
  • For the Malé (MLE) base, company accommodation is provided.
  • For the Dubai (DWC) base, a monthly accommodation allowance is provided.
