The Opportunity

On behalf of Fiji Airways, Brookfield Aviation is actively recruiting experienced and dedicated B737 Captains and First Officers. This role offers an initial 12-month renewable contract, inviting qualified aviators to contribute to Fiji Airways' continued success and expansion. The primary operating base for these positions is Nadi, Fiji.

Pilot Requirements

General Qualifications for All Pilots:

  • Possession of a current and valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
  • Current B737NG/MAX type rating.
  • Valid Medical Class 1 Certificate.
  • Recent flight experience on B737 aircraft, with a preference for a last flight within the past 24 months.
  • English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5 or higher.

Specific Flying Hour Requirements:

B737NG/MAX Captains:

  • 3,500 hours Total Multi-crew/Multi-Engine time.
  • 2,000 hours Total Jet time.
  • 500 hours Total Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time on B737NG/MAX aircraft.

B737NG/MAX First Officers:

  • 2,000 hours Total Multi-crew/Multi-Engine time.
  • 250 hours Total Second-in-Command (SIC) time on B737NG/MAX aircraft.
