ATR72-600 Captain – Fiji Link
Fiji Link, the official domestic carrier of Fiji, is seeking experienced ATR72-600 Captains to join its flight operations team based in Nadi, Fiji. This role is offered via a 12-month renewable contract facilitated by Brookfield Aviation, with the next recruitment intake scheduled for February 2026.
Candidate Requirements

Valid ATPL with a current ATR72-600 type rating.

Valid Class 1 Medical certificate.

Minimum 3,000 hours of total flight time in an airplane.

Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience in an ATR 72-600, certified by an employer or aviation authority.

Must be current and actively operating as a PIC in an ATR 72-600, with at least 500 hours logged within the last year.

Last flight on type ideally within the previous 24 months.

Clean flight safety record with no history of accidents or incidents.

English proficiency of Level 5 or higher.
Contractual Terms and Benefits

Operating Base: Nadi, Fiji.

Rostering: 20 days on, 8 days off.

Flight/Duty: 70 monthly block hours.

Monthly Remuneration: USD 7,955.

Monthly Accommodation Allowance: USD 909.

The recruitment process consists of a document review, online psychometric and aptitude testing, an online interview with Fiji Link, a reference check, license conversion, and subsequent ground training and line check.
