ATR72-600 Captain Opportunity with Fiji Link
Fiji Link is the official domestic airline of Fiji, providing essential air connectivity to twelve vibrant destinations within Fiji, including Suva, Nadi, Labasa, Taveuni, and Kadavu. The airline also serves regional routes to the Pacific Island nations of Tonga, Samoa, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu.
Position Overview
ATR72-600 Captain
Fiji Link is seeking experienced ATR72-600 Captains for an initial 12-month renewable contract, facilitated by Brookfield Aviation. Recruitment for this role will commence in February 2026.
Minimum Requirements
- Possession of a current and valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
- Hold a current and valid Type Rating for the ATR 72-600.
- Hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- English Language Proficiency at Level 5 or higher.
- A minimum of 3,000 total flight hours on aeroplanes.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience on the ATR 72-600, as certified by their employer or the relevant authority.
- Must be current and actively operating as PIC on the ATR 72-600, with at least 500 hours flown in the last year.
- Last flight on type should ideally be within the last 24 months.
- No record of flight accidents or incidents.
Contract Terms and Benefits
- Operating Base: Nadi, Fiji.
- Next Intake: February 2026.
- Rostering: 20 days on duty followed by 8 days off.
- Flight & Duty Hours: 70 monthly block hours.
- Monthly Remuneration: USD 7,955.
- Monthly Accommodation Allowance: USD 909.
- Additional Benefits: Overtime pay and per diem allowances for duties outside the base, ground transportation, positioning flights, provision of uniforms and manuals, visa and work permit assistance, and travel benefits for the pilot and their family members.
- Leave: Provision for leave of absence for holidays and illness.
