Remuneration: Starting at USD 7,955 per month, plus allowances.

Overview of the Opportunity

Fiji Link, the official domestic and regional carrier of Fiji, is seeking highly skilled and experienced ATR 72-600 Captains (Pilot in Command) to join its operations team. This prestigious position involves an initial 12-month renewable contract managed through Brookfield Aviation. The successful candidate will be based at Nadi (NAN), Fiji, operating scheduled flights across twelve exciting domestic destinations, including Suva, Labasa, Taveuni, and Kadavu, as well as crucial regional routes serving the Pacific Island nations of Tonga, Samoa, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu.

The next major recruitment intake for this ATR 72-600 Captain role is scheduled to resume in February 2026. All international pilot licences are welcomed and considered.

Minimum Candidate Requirements

Prospective Captains must meet the following mandatory criteria, demonstrating extensive flight experience and current type proficiency:

• Must hold a current and valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
• Must possess a current ATR 72-600 Type-rating endorsement.
• Must hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) must be Level 5 or above.
• A minimum of 3,000 hours of total flight time in an airplane is required.
• A minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the ATR 72-600 type (hours must be certified by the employer or regulatory authority).
• The applicant must be current and actively operating as a PIC on the ATR 72-600, having logged a minimum of 500 hours on type within the last year.
• Last flight on type should ideally be within 24 months.
• Must possess an impeccable flight safety record, with no history of flight accidents or incidents.
