About the Role

An airline based in the Middle East is seeking experienced A330 Captains for immediate hire on a permanent, unlimited-term contract. This role offers a tax-free net salary and the opportunity to join a growing flight operations department.

Requirements

• Valid ICAO, FAA, or EASA ATPL
• Current Instrument Rating (IR)
• Valid A330 Type Rating
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time
• Minimum 1,000 hours on multi-crew commercial jet aircraft
• Minimum 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on A330 aircraft
• Clean safety and disciplinary record
• Strong technical knowledge, sound judgment, and leadership qualities
• Professional, safety-focused attitude and commitment to operational excellence

Terms and Benefits

• Salary: USD 8,500 net per month (tax-free), including seniority allowance and the first 75 flight hours. Additional hours paid at USD 100 per hour.
• Per diem: USD 80 per overnight stop.
• Joining Date: Immediate.
• Contract: Unlimited term employment contract.
• Annual Leave: 21 days per year.
• Accommodation and Transportation: Provided by the company during official duty.
• Health Insurance and Uniform: Provided.
• Training and Licensing: Company covers initial training, simulator training, local license validation, residence permit, and other applicable local licensing costs.
