About the Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity for Airbus A320 First Officers to contribute to Maldivian, an airline renowned for its diverse fleet operations across South Asia. Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year renewable contract, with an immediate start date from the base in Male, Maldives. Remuneration ranges from USD 2,238 to 4,122 per month, dependent on experience and qualifications, supplemented by a monthly accommodation allowance of USD 1,200 (following initial 10-day provision). A favourable 75/15 roster, positioning flights, travel benefits, and medical insurance are also included. Maldivian welcomes applicants holding all valid licence types and will facilitate visa and work permit acquisition for successful candidates. Requirements
Candidates applying for the A320 First Officer pilot position must fulfil the following criteria:

Hold a valid Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) or frozen ATPL, with a current Airbus A320 Type-rating.

Possess a minimum of 2,000 total flight hours on multi-crew, multi-engine commercial jet aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) of 50 tons or more.

Accumulate at least 500 hours as Second-in-Command (SIC) on the A320 type.

Demonstrate ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher, with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining.

Ideally have flown within the last 12 months.

Maintain a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
