Beond, a premium leisure airline, is seeking experienced A320 Captains for its operations based in Malé, Maldives. This role offers a commuter contract and involves significant leadership responsibilities for safety, professionalism, command standards, customer service, and luxury travel delivery.
The A320 Captain will be responsible for planning and executing flights, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers and crew. Key duties include overseeing all flight phases, fostering effective cockpit communication and teamwork with the First Officer, maintaining accurate flight records, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
