The Client

A prestigious and highly influential operator based in the Arabian Peninsula is currently seeking highly qualified aviation professionals. The client is recognized as one of the region’s strongest A320 operators, boasting a well-established global network that spans all continents utilizing a diverse and modern fleet.

The Position: A320 First Officer

The client is actively recruiting experienced and current A320 First Officers to operate under an attractive Brookfield contract. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to advance a career with a major international airline.

Minimum Requirements for A320 First Officer Candidates

Prospective applicants must rigorously meet the following mandatory criteria:

  • Possession of a Full ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) or Frozen EASA ATPL.
  • A minimum total flight time of 1,500 hours.
  • A minimum of 1,000 hours flight time on Jet aircraft.
  • A minimum of 500 hours as Second-in-Command (SIC) on the A320 family.
  • A current A320 type rating, valid for a minimum of 6 months at the time of application.
  • Last flight on the A320 must be within the preceding 120 days.
  • Last Proficiency Check (LPC) must be valid concurrently with the last recorded flight.
  • Current and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.

Contractual Terms and Benefits

This Brookfield contract offers an exceptional remuneration and benefits package:

  • Remuneration: USD 8,500 NET monthly salary.
  • Accommodation: Superior accommodation provided in a 5-star hotel.
  • Transportation: Ground transport is fully provided.
  • Travel: Positioning tickets and commuting tickets provided throughout the airline's network.
  • Insurance: Comprehensive International Medical Insurance coverage.
  • Contract Duration: A 12-month contract, with excellent prospects for renewal.
  • Roster: Candidates receive 8 guaranteed days off per month, subject to operational approval. Possibility to join two consecutive periods for a combined 16-day break.

  1. Initial Submission: Applicants must upload the following documents:
    1. An updated resume detailing required flight hours.
    2. Valid EASA or ICAO Licence.
    3. Frozen ATPL or Full ATPL Licence.
    4. Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
    5. The last three pages of the pilot logbook, which must be stamped and signed.
    6. Last Proficiency Check certificate, valid for a minimum of 6 months.
    7. Copy of current Passport.
  2. Interview Phase: Successful candidates proceed to a technical interview conducted by the airline.
  3. Assessment: Completion of a Simulator Check.
  4. Final Stage: Licence validation with local aviation authorities.
