AirSial, a private Pakistani airline headquartered in Karachi, commenced operations on December 9, 2020, offering domestic services and expanding into international destinations. The airline currently serves Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and Muscat, Oman, with further expansion planned for the future.

This growth presents exciting opportunities for experienced A320 First Officers to join AirSial as it continues to expand its operations in 2025.

Position

AirSial seeks committed A320 First Officers to join the airline on a one-year contract, including a three-month probationary period. This role offers a competitive salary and the chance to experience the diverse beauty of Pakistan.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a valid EASA/ICAO/FAA license with at least six months of validity remaining after application.
• Have a minimum of 1,500 total flight hours on any aircraft type.
• Have a minimum of 1,000 hours as a First Officer (SIC) on the A320.
• Demonstrate English proficiency at Level 4 or higher.
• Hold a valid Class 1 medical certificate.
• Have completed a flight within the past six months.
• Be qualified in RNAV/RNP and Minimum CAT II.
• Possess a current PPC/LPC upon joining the airline.
