Air Sial, a dynamic and expanding private airline based in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking experienced and highly motivated A320 First Officers to join its team.

About Air Sial

Air Sial commenced operations in December 2020, rapidly expanding its domestic network and launching international routes to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in March 2023, followed by Muscat, Oman in June 2023. This growth presents exciting opportunities for pilots to gain valuable experience operating within both domestic and international circuits, primarily focusing on regional Middle Eastern destinations.

Position Summary

This is a one-year contract position with a three-month probationary period, offering a competitive salary and the chance to explore the diverse beauty of Pakistan. The role presents a unique opportunity for experienced pilots to contribute to the continued growth of a promising airline.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate A320 aircraft on domestic and international routes, adhering to all applicable regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with passengers, crew members, and ground staff.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with the Captain and other crew members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of flights.
• Contribute to a positive and safe work environment, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and teamwork.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Valid EASA/ICAO/FAA license with a minimum of six months validity beyond the application date.
• Minimum 1500 total flight hours on any aircraft type.
• Minimum 1000 hours as a First Officer (SIC) on the A320 aircraft.
• English language proficiency at level 4 or higher.
• Valid medical class 1 certificate.
• Recent flight experience within the past six months.
• RNAV/RNP and minimum CAT II qualifications.
• A current PPC/LPC is mandatory upon joining.

Compensation and Benefits

Air Sial offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including:

• Paid training before assessment.
• Positioning flights.
• Monthly basic salary of USD 5000.
• Overtime payment after 80 block hours.
• 3 months ON / 2 weeks OFF roster pattern (90/15).
• Ground transportation.

• Normal operating bases at KHI, LHE, ISB, SKT, and MUX.
