A growing private Pakistani airline, established in December 2020 and headquartered in Karachi, is seeking experienced A320 Captains for immediate opportunities on a long-term contract basis. Operating both domestic and expanding international routes, primarily to regional Middle Eastern destinations from its bases including Karachi (KHI), Lahore (LHE), Islamabad (ISB), Sialkot (SKT), and Multan (MUX), this role offers attractive terms and professional development within Pakistan's dynamic aviation sector.

About the Role

This presents a unique opportunity for dedicated A320 Captains to contribute to an expanding airline's operations. The airline, which commenced domestic services in December 2020 and expanded internationally in 2023, is experiencing significant growth with further operational expansion planned for 2025. Pilots will operate flights across the airline's network, enjoying a vibrant work environment and the rich cultural experience Pakistan offers. The role is offered on a 3-year contract, featuring a roster pattern of 3 months on followed by 2 weeks off (90/15).

Requirements

  • Minimum 5000 total flight hours on multi-crew aircraft.
  • Minimum 1000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on the Airbus A320 family aircraft.
  • Last flight within the preceding 6 to 12 months.
  • Qualified for RNAV/RNP operations and Minimum CAT II approaches.

Qualifications

  • Valid EASA/ICAO/FAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) valid for at least 6 months after application.
  • Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5.
  • Must possess a fresh Proficiency Check (PPC) / Line Proficiency Check (LPC) upon joining.
